Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, both local and international.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 4-8 business days
  • International: 5-8 business days

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. While we strive to meet these delivery times, actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing for international shipments.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Tracking

We provide an order tracking tool for your convenience. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Jamkle Jars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Jamkle Jars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
